Rory

Rory is the heart and soul behind Rory Grace Beauty, bringing a wealth of experience, passion, and creativity to every treatment. She began her journey in the beauty industry in 2019 and, now celebrating her 7th year, continues to thrive in the ever-evolving world of beauty.

Rory loves working across a wide range of treatments, tailoring each one to bring out the best in her clients. She believes in creating a space where every client feels comfortable, confident, and like themselves. 

Rory’s favourite part of working in beauty is the great relationships she forms with her clients. She values creating a safe, welcoming space where people can feel at ease, knowing they are listened to and cared for. This is what creates the warm, friendly atmosphere Rory Grace Beauty is known for. 

When it comes to products, Rory says it’s impossible to pick just one — her favourite is the entire Bioline range, thanks to its incredible scents, the way it leaves skin feeling, the visible results, and the fact that there’s something to suit everyone.

You’ll find Rory in salon every second week, Monday through Saturday with extended hours. When not in the salon, she’s out on her partner’s family property, enjoying the balance between her busy salon life and living on the land. 

Christy

Christy is a talented beautician with an eye for detail and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Whether it’s a relaxing facial, flawless makeup, perfectly polished nails, brows, or lashes, she takes pride in delivering high-quality results with a friendly, professional touch.

She completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy at Demi International on the Sunshine Coast, where she built a strong foundation in advanced treatments and client care. Since returning home to Rockhampton, Christy has become an integral part of the Rory Grace Beauty team.

Christy’s favourite treatment to perform is facials, as she loves helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin and unwind our in relaxing facial room. Her go-to product is the Airyday Lip Balm SPF 50 for its everyday wear, nourishing feel, and sun protection. 

Outside of the salon, Christy is based in Rolleston, where she is also living and working in beauty. 

You’ll find Christy in salon every other week to Rory, Tuesday through Saturday.

Lacey 

Lacey’s passion for beauty shines through in every treatment she performs. She completed her Diploma of Beauty at The French Beauty Academy in Brisbane, which led her to working alongside Rory. It was during this time that they discovered their great teamwork, friendship, love, and shared passion for the industry, and knew they were the dream team that needed to come back together. After stepping away from the industry for a short time, she knew there was no place she’d rather be than back  bringing her skill and care to every client.

Her favourite treatment to perform is brows, as she enjoys the precision and creativity involved in sculpting and enhancing each client’s natural shape. Her go-to product is Summer Salt Body Glow Oil, which she loves for its nourishing feel, subtle shimmer, and ability to leave skin looking radiant.

Lacey’s approachable and friendly nature makes every appointment relaxed and enjoyable, whether she’s perfecting brows or providing other beauty treatments. You are in the very best hands with her.

You’ll find Lacey in salon every Monday to Thursday, ready to help clients feel confident and look their best.

Aleah

Aleah is a passionate and skilled beautician whose friendly, warm personality instantly puts clients at ease. She completed her Diploma of Beauty at The French Beauty Academy Gold Coast, and after moving back to Rockhampton to be closer to her friends and family.

Aleah has a particular talent and love for brows and lash lifts, loving the precision and artistry involved in creating beautiful, eye-catching results that enhance each client’s natural features. She takes pride in tailoring every treatment to suit the individual, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and cared for.

Her go-to products are the Airyday sunscreens, which she loves for their nourishing, protective qualities — perfect for someone who enjoys spending time by the beach like herself. 

Known for her approachable and friendly nature, Aleah builds strong relationships with her clients, creating a space where people can feel comfortable, pampered, and themselves. Her professionalism, skill, and genuine care ensure that every visit is a memorable experience.

You’ll find Aleah in salon every Tuesday to Saturday, ready to help clients look and feel their absolute best, whether it’s a brow transformation, a lash lift, or another of her expertly performed treatments.
